Our Approach
Heron Pointe is a Fee Simple Community. That means each owner is responsible for the care and maintenance of your townhome, including your roof.
The Association maintains all the common areas including landscaping, repairs and snow removal.
Heron Pointe Homeowners Association (HOA)
The Heron Pointe HOA is managed by a Board of Trustees. Our bylaws indicate we should have a maximum of five (5) representatives. Today we currently have two.
